Your Integrative Therapist in London

As an integrative therapist, I offer a service unique and tailored to the needs and goals of each individual client. As well as working with private adult clients, I also work with adolescents aged 13 - 17. I collaborate with ADIRA (a survivor-led mental health & well-being organisation - supporting black people with mental health issues). I have experience working with patients at a General Practice surgery for the NHS counselling service and with students and staff at ALRA's (Academy of Live & Recorded Arts).

Before embarking on a career in counselling, I had a varied and exciting occupational history, firstly working in the fashion industry in Milan as both a designer and lecturer/tutor and later running my own business in the retail sector marketing young Italian designers in the UK. Working in this intensively demanding and exacting environment brought to my attention the effect that the fashion industry had on those around me in terms of low self-esteem, self-confidence, anxiety and depression, as well as influencing associated feelings of isolation, loneliness and stress. These are all consequently areas in which I now have a high degree of professional interest.

My passion for fashion never ends. I currently run an online jewellery store.

Effective communication and the facilitation of it is an area that I hold in high regard. I am a keen linguist and can offer therapy in English, Italian and French.
